Looking for a job on your own is anything but easy - that's why we exist. As a job seeker, you often have questions and concerns that you need help sorting out and getting answers to. Not least which jobs you can apply for and have a chance of getting. As your companion into the labor market, we have several tasks and functions. One is to be your advisory sounding board, another to help you with practical problem solving regarding your job search:

As a sounding board and adviser, we will primarily focus on you - what you have done, can, want and dream about. Whoever you are and whatever your story looks like, you are a unique individual with unique characteristics. How do we make the best use of what you already know, and what do you need to develop? When we act as your problem solver and expert in everything related to your job search, we instead focus on the purely practical - how to find the companies looking for employees, what they are asking for with the applicant, how to best contact them and present yourself in the CV and application, and what to think about when you are called for a job interview. If you have questions about working conditions or your respective employer's rights and obligations, we will be happy to answer them as well.
