Trim Tab AB is a private Swedish company that was founded with a commitment to ensure that everyone has access to meaningful social and professional opportunities in society, including employment and education. Since its inception, Trim Tab has been dedicated to guiding the unemployed towards employment or vocational training and providing recruitment services for labor market programs such as "support and matching." As of 2022, Trim Tab has joined EURES, increasing its capacity and resources to help people find jobs across the EU. Through various methods and collaborations, Trim Tab continues to play a decisive role in integrating people into the EU's labor market and contributing to society's development.

About Trim Tab AB and our EU projects
At Trim Tab AB, we have cutting-edge expertise in coordination and partnership for various EU projects, with a particular focus on Erasmus+ and other major centralized initiatives. Our efforts are primarily aimed at vocational training and adult education, where we strive to create effective and sustainable results that make a difference.
Through our work within Erasmus+, we collaborate with organizations across the EU to improve educational opportunities and promote international cooperation. Our projects focus on developing innovative methods and tools to strengthen learning and inclusion.
In addition to Erasmus+, we also manage larger centralized EU projects, where we offer extensive experience in project coordination, partnership building and implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
Examples of our projects:
- MAAS (Match, Attach, and Sustain): An initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of employment agencies and supporting individuals, especially in the tourism sector, to establish themselves in the labor market.
- Vet4NAI (VET for New Artificial Intelligence): A project aimed at integrating AI skills into vocational training to meet future labor market requirements.
- DISCO (Digital Storytelling for Inclusion): A commitment to digital stories as a tool for inclusive learning and personal development.
- EQAVET (European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training): A project that strengthens quality assurance in vocational education to ensure high standards and relevance.
