Trimtab:s styrelse är glada att meddela att Tina Nilo har utsetts till ny VD från och med den 1 augusti 2024. Tina tar över efter Sandro Kåhre, som tillsammans med Dawod Mohammad har byggt upp en stark och framgångsrik organisation genom starkt ledarskap och engagemang. Sandro har varit en ovärderlig del av vår organisation som VD och styrelseordförande och vi vill rikta ett stort tack till Sandro för hans tid och insatser. Vi önskar honom all lycka i hans fortsatta roll som styrelseordförande.
Tina Nilo has a solid background in leadership and quality assurance. She has worked within Trim tab for several years and has played a crucial role in developing and improving our services. Her experience and skills make her the perfect person to lead Trimtab into the future.
Under Tina's leadership, Trimtab will continue to focus on delivering high-quality services in matching, recruitment. Tina will also handle all matters concerning our quality management system and be responsible for building on our Trimtab way concept:
1. Organization and competence:
- Roles and responsibilities of management and staff.
- Recruitment of employees and possible subcontractors.
- Competence development of employees and possible subcontractors.
2. Delivery of the service:
- Ensuring that legal and contractual requirements for the service are met.
- Ensuring methodology, content and structure for the implementation of the service.
- Ensuring employees' and possible subcontractors' knowledge of the service and the requirements associated with the service.
3. Deviation management:
- Handling of complaints and opinions from participants, employees and the Employment Service.
- Management of internal deficiencies in the business.
- Information to Arbetsförmedlingen about deficiencies that may affect the delivery of the service.
4. Follow-up and development:
– Uppföljning av verksamheten och leverans av tjänsten utifrån relevanta indikatorer.
– Utveckling av verksamheten.
– EU-samarbeten.
