Trimtab's board is pleased to announce that Tina Nilo has been appointed as the new CEO as of August 1, 2024. Tina takes over from Sandro Kåhre, who, together with Dawod Mohammad, has built a strong and successful organization through strong leadership and commitment. Sandro has been an invaluable part of our organization as CEO and chairman of the board and we would like to extend a big thank you to Sandro for his time and efforts. We wish him all the best in his continued role as chairman of the board.
Tina Nilo has a solid background in leadership and quality assurance. She has worked within Trim tab for several years and has played a crucial role in developing and improving our services. Her experience and skills make her the perfect person to lead Trimtab into the future.
Under Tina's leadership, Trimtab will continue to focus on delivering high-quality services in matching, recruitment and staffing. Tina will also handle all matters concerning our quality management system and be responsible for building on our Trimtab way concept:
1. Organization and competence:
- Roles and responsibilities of management and staff.
- Recruitment of employees and possible subcontractors.
- Competence development of employees and possible subcontractors.
2. Delivery of the service:
- Ensuring that legal and contractual requirements for the service are met.
- Ensuring methodology, content and structure for the implementation of the service.
- Ensuring employees' and possible subcontractors' knowledge of the service and the requirements associated with the service.
3. Deviation management:
- Handling of complaints and opinions from participants, employees and the Employment Service.
- Management of internal deficiencies in the business.
- Information to Arbetsförmedlingen about deficiencies that may affect the delivery of the service.
4. Follow-up and development:
- Follow-up of the business and delivery of the service based on relevant indicators.
- Development of the business.
