How do I apply for Rusta and match via Trimtab?
To apply to Rusta and match, contact the Employment Service - you can reach them both by phone and chat. The employment agency then assesses whether you have the right to participate in Rusta and match. If you are granted a place, you can log in to My pages to choose your provider. If you want to choose Trimtab as a supplier, you will find our KA numbers on our city pages - these may be needed when choosing a supplier.

Can I attend a training course with you?
Yes! At Trimtab, we offer staffing, recruitment, Rusta and matcha as well as several training courses in areas such as industry, finance, care and community building. Our training courses can become relevant for several of the participants we help through Rusta and match every year.
Can I complete parts of Rusta and match digitally?
Yes, parts of Rusta and matcha can be completed digitally to make it easier for you.
What compensation will I receive if I join Rusta and match?
When you participate in Rusta and matcha, you can receive financial support or compensation in the form of activity support, which is paid out via the Social Insurance Agency. The level of compensation depends, among other things, on your age.
What happens after Rusta and match on Trimtab?
After you have finished Rusta and matcha , you will hopefully have found a job or an education that suits you. As an extra security , you keep in touch with us at Trimtab even after the program has ended . The employment agency may need a certificate that you are still employed , and we can help you with this . Feel free to contact us if you have questions , both during and after your time at Rusta and matcha.
How long does rusta and matcha last on Trimtab?
When you go Rusta and match with us at Trimtab , we do everything to help you reach your goal - to get a job or attend an education . The duration of the match varies depending on your needs , but the program lasts at least six months . After that, you carry out an evaluation together with the Employment Service , and in some cases the program can be extended by another six months .
What does your contact network with employers look like?
We have a strong network with both local and national employers ! In addition , thanks to our close collaboration with Trimtab Bemanning , you have even greater opportunities to come into contact with different employers .
